Digital Continuity Village

WHAT?

The Digital Continuity Collective (CCN : Collectif Continuité Numérique) is a consortium of eight companies specializing in IT and OT (Sick, SEW, ifm, Staubli , Phoenix contact, Festo, SAP and Inetum).

Four years ago, our first objective was to demonstrate digital continuity through various technological solutions (IO-Link, OPC UA, Fieldbuses, IIOT, etc.).

The second project was the development of a concept machine called Axelle (an Industry 4.0 demonstrator) to meet the challenges of industrial competitiveness.

We used this demonstrator to assist ATS, an assembly machine manufacturer, in its Industry 4.0 transformation by supporting their various teams.

Following this experience, ATS became an Industry of the Future showcase certified by AIF (Alliance Industrie du Futur) in 2022.

The CCN consortium is now making this experience available to new companies wishing to implement their own Industry 4.0 transformation

This is a natural evolution of CNN towards a service offer combining auditing and consulting.

WHY?

The aim is to offer CEOs or department managers and their team a day of consulting to speed up their Industry 4.0 transformation.

This session takes place in an attractive setting, the showroom dedicated to industry in the SAP tower in Levallois-Perret, and is conducted in three steps: Inspiring, Brainstorming and Deciding.

To inspire the team in charge of the project, we give a demonstration using Axelle, the Industry 4.0 concept machine, with a set of technologies to provide solutions to the challenges faced by the various key people in production (maintenance manager, operator, production manager or director, CEO, etc.).

This is followed by a Brainstorming phase in a dedicated room with the appropriate tools, in which we switch to Design Thinking mode with the participation of the whole team. The goals are to unleash creativity and list the challenges and priorities for each department.

Lastly, there is the Deciding phase in which we define the priorities of this transformation and start the implementation of the Industry 4.0 action plan specific to the company's requirements.

HOW?

In our Digital Continuity Village, you will find all the stands manned by each company around our hub, which will be the focal point of the following activities:

Four 20-minute pitches with 10 minutes of additional questions will be presented on each day of the show (two in the morning and two in the afternoon.)

Some of the presentations will be given by members of the Digital Collective on Industry 4.0 issues such as maintenance, energy monitoring and efficiency, modernizing existing production lines, the IIOT, etc.

There will also be talks by leading external institutions such as Gimelec, Cetim and BPI (OPC UA, cybersecurity, aid, etc.)

Above all, there will be first-hand accounts of Industry 4.0 transformation experiences such as the talk by Rodolphe Roy, CEO of ATS, whose assembly machine manufacturing company has become one of the Industry of the Future showcases.

Other activities are planned, including a teaser with the Look At Me machine, Axelle’s little sister, which gives a foretaste of Axelle's ability to inspire on existing Industry 4.0 technological solutions.

There will also be a remote demonstration of the Axelle machine with the various accessible dashboards on maintenance, energy efficiency and production performance

Lastly, a break area will serve as a place to share concrete experiences with you after the pitches and above all to book your consulting day in the agenda.

FOR WHOM?

This experience is dedicated to Managers, heads of department or CEOs wanting to implement an Industry 4.0 transformation in their company with the support of their staff.

This applies to all types of industries. The Digital Continuity Village at Global industrie will provide you with information and above all motivate you to make an appointment for your first consulting day, the first step in the construction of your Industry 4.0 project.
