With over 60,000 vacancies yearly, the sector is counting on the new generation to meet its challenges.

For the past 6 years, Global Industrie has been actively committed to meeting recruitment needs and offering concrete employment and training solutions through its Avenir program.

In 2024, more than 6,200 young people attended, testifying to our unprecedented commitment. In collaboration with our partners, we facilitate access to the sector and encourage meetings between tomorrow's talent and industry players.
