PRESENTATION

The Start-up Village is expanding at Global Industrie with the support of several partners!

It brings together 70 innovative start-ups offering solutions for Industry 4.0 to meet the challenges of today’s transitions such as the energy, digital and technological transitions.

These start-ups come to meet manufacturers, to seek commercial contacts and funding for their development or to find partners for the industrialization of their products.

This year, the Start-up Village hosts the third edition of the CETIM Innovation Forum. This event organized on the initiative of CETIM and the FIM has several objectives:

  • For SMEs and midcaps, identifying start-ups with innovative solutions that will allow them to continue their progress into the Industry of the Future is becoming a necessity. For start-ups, meeting dynamic players in the French mechanical engineering industry also allows them to promote their know-how, present their innovations and (why not?) initiate joint projects.
  • A place of exchange and discovery: "With the Innovation Forum, we are creating a more intricate model  for knowledge transfer to ecosystems combining companies and start-ups. Our role is to support innovation and provide intermediation between these start-ups and mechanical engineering SMEs and midcaps," says Philippe Lubineau, Research and Programs Director at Cetim. An initiative set up with the FIM and its Start-up club, with the support of Bpifrance and the Carnot network.

CSI Francethe Collectif des Startups Industrielles (Industrial Start-ups Collective), has also partnered since its launch with the Global Industrie Start-up Village to promote start-ups producing a finished product that stands out from the digital solutions offered by other start-ups

WHAT ?

An 800m² area in the Smart Industries zone that will host 70 start-ups

WHY ?
