Global Industrie Avenir : Your partner for employment and training
For the past 6 years, Global Industrie has been actively committed to meeting recruitment needs and offering concrete solutions for employment and training through its Avenir program.
With over 6,200 young people expected to participate in 2024, Global Industrie is mobilizing more than ever, in collaboration with its partners, to facilitate access to the sector and bring together those who will make up tomorrow's industry.

1. Job dating: face-to-face meetings with recruiters
Take part in job dating at the show, and talk to a panel of recruiting companies. Make an appointment via our recruitment platform from January onwards. Recruitment experts will also be on hand to guide you towards opportunities that match your profile.
In 2024, 340 job dating events were organized, offering a wealth of networking opportunities.
2. Express coaching by Arts & Métiers
Our express coaching sessions, led by experts from Arts et Métiers, are ideal for those who want to boost their career development.
Building on the success of the 132 coachings organized in 2024, the 2025 themes will be as follows

- Advice on interviews, CVs, and cover letters
- Soft skills development
- Entrepreneurship
3. Animations and demonstrations
Come and discover the trade demonstrations led by trade unions and professional groups, allowing you to (re)discover exciting trades such as :

- Eco-design, circular economy
Supervised by experts, these demonstrations highlight industrial trades that are often in short supply.
